What are the dates of the conference?
Tuesday, January 19 – Thursday, January 21, 2027.
How long does the conference run?
Tuesday, January 19, 2027 NEW Welcome Reception: 5–8 p.m.
Wednesday, January 20, 2027: Approximately 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. (registration opens at 7:30 a.m.)
Thursday, January 21, 2027: Approximately 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
What sort of attire should attendees wear?
Attire is business casual.
Are meals provided?
Evening reception provided on Tuesday. Breakfast, lunch, and an evening reception are provided on Wednesday. Breakfast is provided on Thursday.
Will airport shuttle service be provided?
If flying, you are responsible for your own transportation between the airport and hotel. If you choose to rent a car, hotel parking is complimentary.
Which airport can I fly into?
The Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is the closest airport. Miami International Airport (MIA) and West Palm Beach (PBI) are also a relatively close airports.
When does registration open and close?
Registration opens mid-October. You will be receiving a formal invitation in your email with the registration link!
Register online as soon as possible. Registration closes on December 14, 2026. You will receive an email from FMSC confirming your RSVP and attendance to the conference.
What if I cannot attend the conference in-person?
There will be a live virtual option! All general sessions as well as breakout speakers will be available to live stream but will not allow for live participation.
